Born in 2002 in Gifu Prefecture, she began her career as a designer while still a university student, after being honored with the 96th Soen Award. Her subsequent work has included designing gowns for the renowned jewelry brand MIKIMOTO, collaborating on presentations for Tokyo Girls Collection, and producing costumes for feature films.

The theme of her seasonal collection is “Metamorphose.” Through the incorporation of fantastical details—such as flowers emerging from beneath peeled fabric or wings and dorsal fins breaking through the surface—the collection seeks to portray the moment in which one’s latent impulses are released.
