Ewasechko

Kross Ewasechko

Kross Ewasechko is a Canadian fashion designer known for their androgynous aesthetic. Their work blends classic elements of fashion with a provocative edge to deliver a strong sense of individualism through each garment. The brand typically works within a dark, achromatic palette to convey a feeling of both sensuality and power. Through the use of diverse textiles - ranging in texture and opacity - each collection explores a nuanced spectrum of tone within a single hue.

Prioritizing sustainability at the very forefront of the brand, Ewasechko constructs garments that are well tailored and made to last, crafted using natural fibres like wool, cotton and silk, alongside Canadian made vegan leather.

Ewasechko’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection, ABSENCE, draws inspiration from brutalist architecture, translating structural elements into sharp angles and oblique cutouts. This intentional removal of coverage allows the body of the wearer to be displayed as a dominant feature of the garment.

As a member of queer community, Kross challenges heteronormative gender norms while creating space for those who exist outside the restraints of a binary society. Their designs encourage unyielding self-expression through a carefully curated spectrum of the masculine and feminine. Ewasechko’s work stands as a quiet rebellion - unavoidably inspiring an air of authenticity and ambiguity.
