After graduating from the fashion design major at Oda Fashion College, studied abroad at Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne in Paris, France. After his graduation, he returned to Japan and worked as an intern and assistant at a Japanese fashion brand.

In July 2022, he started his own apparel brand “JUSMA” in Tokyo as VanCia Co., Ltd.

The brand name JUSMA is derived from the nickname "Jasma" that was used when he was a child to call designer Marcus and his twin brother Justin together. The brand concept is "stylish show-off".

The designer's own childhood experiences are deeply related, and the idea is that if it stands out, it should be fun, powerful, and elegant. It features a design that incorporates elements of metal color as an accent, and is particular about the combination of different materials and colors, and the overall details, pursuing an aggressive style that makes you feel better just by wearing it.
